What's your process like?
We work in an interactive sprint based process. Each month we will plan out the activities and tasks based on your specific package, then consolidate deployments to once or twice a month.
How does your affiliation with Upstatement impact our work together?
We share best practices on the design and implementation side with the Upstatement team. If your product is Upstatement-built, we're able to consult with the original project team as needed. And we bring design and conceptual work back to Upstatement creative reviews to ensure consistency with brand standards set by the original project team.
Do you support sites you didn’t make and don’t host?
We do! We are able to support sites that Upstatement didn’t design or build. In that case, we just require a handoff with the team who built or currently supports the solution.
What are the advantages of ongoing maintenance?
Making incremental changes on an regular basis makes it less likely that you have costly and time-consuming changes to make in the long run. We ensure the latest updates are applied to your environment, prioritizing any security patches identified.

Yes. We monitor SEO and will help identify major issues with search performance, and we’re growing and evolving our GEO offerings, following and implementing the latest findings.
